Shipping policy

1. Scope and shipping zones (EU)
We ship exclusively within the European Union, from Barcelona (Spain). We do not ship to territories with special customs regimes or to PO Boxes.

- Europe (selection): Germany, Austria, Belgium, Italy, France, Czechia, Hungary, Luxembourg, Poland, Netherlands, Sweden, Finland, Denmark
Territorial exclusions: Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, Azores, Madeira, DOM-TOM and similar, as well as incomplete addresses or PO Boxes.
Unlisted destinations / out-of-zone shipping
If you are interested in another destination, email us at contact@cocolitos.eu, and we will let you know if we can enable it in the future. If enabled, any taxes, duties and customs procedures would be borne by the recipient.
2. Order processing and availability
- No order is shipped until payment is verified.
- Shipping takes place once item availability is confirmed and payment is checked.
- We process orders within 24/48 business hours from payment confirmation. Some items may require handcrafted preparation or be made to order; in such cases, the preparation time is shown on the product page and takes precedence.
3. Carriers, services and tracking
- Shipments are usually handled by a courier service to the address provided.
- An Express 24 h option is available for Mainland Spain (at an additional cost and subject to cut-off time and carrier availability).
- When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
4. Estimated transit times (from dispatch)
- Mainland Spain: 2–4 business days
- Balearic Islands: 3–5 business days
- Portugal: 3–5 business days
- Europe (listed countries): 3–7 business days
- Bulky items/furniture: 7–15 business days (may require a delivery appointment)
Note: timings are indicative and may be affected by the carrier’s operations, public holidays or external incidents.
5) Rates and free shipping (B2C)
Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, weight/volume and the selected service. The final cost is shown at checkout before payment.
- Free shipping on orders ≥ €60 (Mainland Spain) or ≥ €100 (Other zones) (final amount after discounts) within the serviced areas, excluding furniture/bulky items.
- Mainland Spain: €6 on orders < €60.
- Balearic Islands: €18 on orders < €100.
- Portugal: €10 on orders < €100.
- Europe (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Italy, France, Czechia, Hungary, Luxembourg, Poland, Netherlands, Sweden, Finland, Denmark): €25 on orders < €100.
Conditions: free shipping applies per order and to one address. If, after a partial return, the final amount falls below the free-shipping threshold, we may deduct the actual initial shipping cost from the refund (see Refund Policy).
6) B2B (distribution)
- Free B2B shipping on orders ≥ €100 (net amount), excluding furniture/bulky items.
- Standard delivery kerb side; add-on services (stair carry, assembly, timed slot) are quoted separately.
- These conditions supplement the B2B agreement and the order confirmation shall prevail.
7) Bulky items and furniture
- Bulky/furniture items are excluded from free shipping.
- Shipping is quoted on request and delivery is kerb side unless otherwise agreed.
- The customer must ensure access and that an adult is present to receive the goods. If special means are required (platform, second operator), they will be quoted.
8) Address changes, failed deliveries and re-dispatch
- An address change after dispatch may incur additional costs and/or delays.
- If delivery cannot be completed due to repeated absence or an incorrect address, the parcel may be returned to sender. We can re-dispatch it once the re-dispatch costs are paid or, if you prefer to cancel, we will apply our Refund Policy.
9) Receipt, damage and incidents
Please check the parcel upon receipt. If you notice visible damage, note it on the delivery slip (e.g., “damaged” or “subject to inspection”) and take photos of the inner/outer packaging and the item.
To speed up resolution, contact us within 48–72 h of delivery with your order number and evidence. In cases of defect/damage or Cocolitos’ error, we will cover the return or replacement costs in line with consumer law.
10) 30-day delivery and transfer of risk (EU rules)
- Unless otherwise agreed, if no timeframe is specified, we will deliver within 30 days of purchase.
- Risk in the goods passes when you or a third party indicated by you take physical possession. If you choose your own carrier (not offered by Cocolitos), risk may pass upon handover to the carrier.
11) Sustainable packaging
We prioritise recyclable materials and right-sized packaging. To reduce our footprint, we may group shipments from the same order where possible.
