1) Our commitment to accessibility

Eulàlia Delgado Catalán (Cocolitos) is committed to making its online shop cocolitos.eu accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of ability or the technology they use.

We work to ensure this site meets the Level AA success criteria of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, as adopted in the European standard EN 301 549, together with the accessibility obligations that apply to e-commerce under Spanish Law 11/2023 of 8 May, which transposes Directive (EU) 2019/882 (the European Accessibility Act).

2) Scope of this statement

This statement applies to the website cocolitos.eu in its Catalan, Spanish and English versions, including the checkout process. Embedded content and services provided by third parties outside our control are excluded (see Section 4).

3) Compliance status

This website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA due to the exceptions listed below.

4) Non-accessible content

The content listed below may not be fully accessible for the following reasons:

  • Colour contrast: we are reviewing that all text/background combinations reach the minimum contrast ratio; some decorative or brand elements may not meet it. Criterion 1.4.3 Contrast (Minimum).
  • Third-party content: the cookie banner, subscription forms, social media widget and payment gateway are provided by external applications (Shopify and its providers). Their accessibility depends on those providers and cannot be fully guaranteed by us.
  • Disproportionate burden: not applicable.

5) Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared on 3 September 2026 on the basis of a self-assessment carried out by Cocolitos on the shop templates (home page, collections, product page, information pages and checkout). It will be reviewed at least once a year and whenever substantial changes are made to the site.

6) Navigation aids

  • The site includes a “Skip to content” link at the top of every page, visible when navigating with the keyboard.
  • The site can be fully navigated with a keyboard (Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter).
  • Text can be enlarged up to 200% using standard browser options (Ctrl/Cmd + “+”) without loss of content.
  • It is compatible with the most common screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS, TalkBack).

7) Feedback and contact

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, cannot access any content or would like to suggest an improvement, please write to contact@cocolitos.eu, indicating the page affected and the problem found. We undertake to reply within 20 working days and, where the requested content is not accessible, to provide it by an alternative means.

8) Complaints procedure

If, after contacting us, you consider that your request has not been dealt with properly, you may lodge a complaint with the competent consumer authorities or with the supervisory authority designated under Law 11/2023.
