Cocolitos Christmas Giveaway 2026 – Terms and Conditions

1. Organiser

The giveaway is organised by Eulàlia Delgado Catalán, a sole trader operating under the trade name Cocolitos, tax ID 47870443Z, with registered address at Avinguda de l'Estatut de Catalunya, 1, 08035 Barcelona, Spain (hereinafter, Cocolitos). Contact email: contact@cocolitos.eu.

2. Purpose

The "Cocolitos Christmas Giveaway: Make your card" is a free promotional activity, with no purchase necessary, intended to introduce Cocolitos and its activity at fairs and on the Instagram account @cocolitos.eu.

3. Duration and places of entry

Entry in person (making the card and filling in the entry slip) is only possible at the Cocolitos stand on the following dates and at the following venues:

The Instagram comment can be posted from the publication of the giveaway post until 28 November 2026 at 11:59 pm (Spanish mainland time).

4. Who can enter

The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 or over with a delivery address in mainland Spain or the Balearic Islands. Children make the card, but entry to the giveaway always belongs to the adult who fills in the entry slip.

Each adult may fill in only one entry slip, even if accompanied by several children.

The owner of Cocolitos and anyone directly involved in organising the giveaway may not enter.

5. How to enter

To enter, you must meet these three requirements:

  1. Stamp a Christmas card at the Cocolitos stand and fill in the numbered entry slip with the adult's name, their Instagram account and a contact phone number. Cocolitos takes a photo of each card next to the entry slip number (without showing the entrant's details); the child takes the card home.
  2. Follow the Instagram account @cocolitos.eu.
  3. Comment the word SORTEIG on the giveaway post pinned to the @cocolitos.eu profile, before 28 November 2026 at 11:59 pm, from the same Instagram account given on the entry slip.

Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

6. Prize

There is one single prize bundle, consisting of:

  • Gran Calendari Acolorible 2027 (colouring wall calendar, in Catalan).
  • Alphabet educational poster, 50x70 cm, in the language of the winner's choice (Catalan, Spanish, English or German).
  • MerryCube "Jingle" wooden stamp with gold ink.

The bundle is worth €83 (VAT included), based on the retail prices at cocolitos.eu. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. As its value is below €300, it is not subject to Spanish income tax (IRPF) withholding.

7. Draw and validation

The draw will take place on Sunday 29 November 2026 at 10 am, live on the Instagram account @cocolitos.eu, by randomly drawing one entry slip from the box containing all entry slips.

During the same live session, we will check that the holder of the drawn slip follows @cocolitos.eu and has commented SORTEIG within the deadline. If any requirement is not met, or the slip is incomplete or illegible, it will be discarded and another slip drawn until a valid winner is found. Two reserve slips will then be drawn, subject to the same validation.

8. Notification and delivery of the prize

Cocolitos will contact the winner by Instagram direct message and, if necessary, by phone. The winner has 7 calendar days from first contact to reply and provide a delivery address. If the winner does not reply within that period, or declines the prize, it will pass to the first reserve, and then to the second, with the same deadline. If none of them can accept it, the giveaway will be declared void.

The prize will be sent by post to the address provided, at no cost to the winner, within 7 days of receiving the address. Cocolitos is not responsible for delays or incidents attributable to the courier service, or for errors in the address provided.

9. Announcement of the winner and publication of cards

Cocolitos will announce the winner on Instagram using only their first name and, with their consent, their Instagram account.

Photos of the cards may be published on Instagram and on cocolitos.eu without any personal data: neither the child's nor the adult's name, nor any details from the entry slip, will appear. Any entrant may ask for their card not to be published by writing to contact@cocolitos.eu.

10. Data protection

Data controller: Eulàlia Delgado Catalán (Cocolitos), Avinguda de l'Estatut de Catalunya, 1, 08035 Barcelona, Spain, contact@cocolitos.eu.

Purpose: to manage entries in the giveaway, check the requirements, contact the winner and send the prize.

Legal basis: the entrant's consent when filling in the entry slip and accepting these terms.

Data processed: name, Instagram account and phone number; for the winner, also the delivery address.

Retention: entry slips will be destroyed within a maximum of 30 days after the prize has been delivered. The winner's data will be kept for as long as necessary to meet legal obligations.

Recipients: data will not be shared with third parties, except the courier service for delivery of the prize.

Your rights: you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to contact@cocolitos.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

11. Instagram

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta. Entrants release Instagram and Meta from any liability related to the giveaway.

12. Other conditions

Entering the giveaway implies full acceptance of these terms. Cocolitos reserves the right to change the dates or conditions for justified reasons, giving advance notice on Instagram and on this page, and to exclude any fraudulent entry or any entry that does not comply with these terms.

These terms are governed by Spanish and Catalan law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts that have jurisdiction under applicable consumer protection law.
